One-take
Occurs when filming a sequence that can only be captured once with no opportunities for re-takes. Example: filming an explosion. It could also mean a lucky first take that already fulfilled all requirements, where no further takes are necessary. See also
Take.

Outtakes
Film footage that were left out of the final cut/version of a movie. Outtakes are sometimes used as bloopers or as extra features in a video release, usually as deleted scenes or as footage for production-related features. A Director's Cut is often created by inserting outtakes back into the original movie.
