"Ideally, before creating a brand or company logo, the objectives and values of
the brand or company must be thought out, discussed and formalised, which
become official and precise brand/corporate identity guidelines, usually
consolidated into a manual. Other times, you deal with a new business setup
that has yet to develop its own style and identity. It becomes a tough job for
the designer to figure them out and translate it into artwork, leaving a few
blank spaces to be filled out in the future as the company finds its bearings."
